Role: Sales Engineer
Qualification: BE / Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university.
Experience: Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in machine sales (including EDM, WEDM, CNC machine tools, VMC, turning, metal cutting, and metal forming applications).

- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Generate new business in the assigned territory.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Field sales experience with strong customer relationship management.

- Preventive maintenance to ensure smooth operation and minimize downtime.
- Troubleshooting and repair of machine breakdowns.
- Provide technical support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Train customers on machine operation and maintenance.
- Maintain service reports and documentation.
