Overall Responsibility :
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory to achieve
revenue targets. - Visit prospective and existing clients regularly to understand their needs and offer appropriate
solutions. - Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer
requirements. - Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Ensure healthy pipeline to achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Provide accurate forecasting and reporting of sales activities and performance using CRM tools.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to help management form
suitable sales strategy.
Educational Requirement : Diploma / B. Tech/ BE (Mechanical)

Overall Responsibility :
- Ensure effective & timely installation and commissioning of machines.
- Follow & execute preventive maintenance & AMC schedule on a monthly basis.
- Conduct technical product presentations and demonstrations tailored to customer
requirements. - Handle critical breakdowns.
- To ensure timely problem diagnosis and timely resolution of the case independently in
WW/OW/AMC/ (Within Warranty/ Out of Warranty/ Annual maintenance contract) - Responsible for zero customer complaints
- Periodical schedule for courtesy visits to existing customers.
- Promote sale of recommended spare part, AMC & Preventive Maintenance Contract
and retrofit & refurbishing of old machines and service products. - Maintain expected call rate to ensure service performance.
- Maintain excellent service quality to retain new and existing customers
Educational Requirement : Diploma / B. Tech/ BE (Electrical)
