Commenced business under the brand Electronica.

1978

Electronica Sales and Service firm started marketing and sales for the products manufactured by Electronica Group

1983

Started machine trading business of Imported machines.

1992

Electronica Sales & Service changed name to M/s ELECTRONICA

1995

Business tie-ups with Hartford and DN Solution

1996

Electronica ties-up with Proth.

1997

Delivered 1500th imported machine.

2000

13th Branch of Electronica established to our business network.

2004

ELECTRONICA restructured their Trademark and brought it in line with the growth and evolution of Electronica widening their trading business to include Metal Forming Machines.

2007

Several agencies from Europe & Turkey added as business partner for Metal cutting and Metal Forming activities.

2008

Electronica HiTech introduced machines from world renowned manufacturers for widening spectrum of industrial use of the machines and to meet customer demands.
Electronica HiTech introduced machines for CNC laser cutting technology from Prima Industry Italy. For profile / plate-bending machines from 'Akyapak' Turkey and finn power crimping machines from Finnland.

2009

Electronica establsihes business ties with Yawei to offer all in one solutions for sheet metal industry.

2010

Electronica extends their ties in Okuma, Japan for metal cutting solutions and in Fermat, Czech Republic for meeting the requirement of heavy duty boring machine.

2011

M/s ELECTRONICA, the Partnership Firm converted into a Private Limited Company under the name ELECTRONICA HI-TECH MACHINES PVT. LTD.

2012

Electronica relaunches its CNC Lathe Machines setting up our own manufacturing facility.

2014

Electronica Hitech Machines Pvt Ltd. name changed to Electronica Hitech Machine Tools Pvt Ltd. Another Trademark was added to the existing Electronica trademark portfolio.
